Difficult Decisions

As we make difficult decisions in our lives, we may not be thinking about God’s Law all of the time. We may be thinking about how the decisions we make will impact our finances, our relationships, and our own happiness. But, what if we focus on God’s Word first?

“The law of Your mouth is better to me than thousands of coins of gold and silver.” Psalm 119:72

If we deeply reflect on just this verse, it is saying that we delight in completely committing ourselves to God’s Law rather than pursuing material wealth. (This can be a struggle, especially with a family to support and a standard of living to maintain.)
